TimBuild was founded by a passionate group of traders who have been involved in the supply of boards, timber and building materials to the contractor and the Avid Diy-er over the last 30 years. The founding members were all part of the Timbercity Franchise Group until it was decided to de-franchise all franchisees, giving Timbercity full control of the brand and no franchisees to worry about. So what happens when a bunch of entrepreneurs get given a lemon? Simple! They turn it into a lemonade with something special in it. And so, TimBuild was born. TimBuild  is a group of owner run and managed stores with passionate staff who have been with them for years and have a wealth of knowledge. We aren’t scared of customer service. Rather, we thrive on it! We understand how important it is for us to not only provide practical, cost-effective solutions that keep our customers smiling, but to provide every customer with a level of customer service that makes them feel they are part of the TimBuild family.
